The application process typically takes 2-3 weeks. This includes initial review, business verification, and onboarding. For Silver and Gold tiers, approval is usually faster. Platinum partners may require additional discussions and relationship building.

Silver partners can join for free. Gold and Platinum tiers have annual partnership fees that vary based on benefits and support levels. These fees are offset by the value of training, support, and co-marketing resources you'll receive.

Support varies by tier. All partners get access to technical documentation and community forums. Gold and Platinum partners receive dedicated support from a Partner Success Manager, pre-sales technical assistance, and priority response times. Platinum partners also get a dedicated Technical Account Manager.

Progression is based on meeting defined criteria including revenue targets, certification achievements, customer satisfaction scores, and engagement with our program. We track progress quarterly and work with you to create a growth plan. Many partners advance within 12-18 months.
